I recently noticed that Boing Boing has the best linking policy I’ve seen. Linking policies are (or should be) meaningless of course, but in the spirit of humoring the many litigious denizens of our world, I’m adopting Boing Boing’s linking policy as our own.

Here’s our linking policy, in brief:

No site with a linking policy (other than a policy such as this one, created to deride and undermine the idea of linking policies) may link to Facticity.org. Ever.
